New treatments show promise for liver metastases in lung cancer.
Liver metastasis complicates treatment in lung adenocarcinoma; identifying effective first-line therapies is crucial for improving outcomes. IBC treatment showed higher disease control (95.6%) and prolonged median progression-free survival (8.48 months) compared to BC and IC options. Results suggest IBC may be more effective for certain subgroups, though limitations include its retrospective nature and lack of OS significance. IBC appears superior for liver metastases in lung adenocarcinoma patients with certain characteristics.
