Of 150 patients, 90% were SARS-CoV-2 positive, with 39.2% having bacterial infections. Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii showed high resistance rates. Routine susceptibility testing is essential due to antimicrobial resistance, particularly in gram-negative bacteria, to improve patient outcomes.
