Understanding the long-term effectiveness of automated insulin delivery systems is crucial for improving management in adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Time in target glucose range increased by 17.9% (p < 0.0001), and HbA1c decreased from 8.33% to 7.18% over 12 months with the Omnipod 5 System. Results indicate sustained efficacy and safety of the Omnipod 5 System, supporting its use as a long-term option for T1D management in France.
