Switching treatments in atopic dermatitis (AD) can be challenging, and understanding alternatives like dupilumab after janus kinase inhibitor (JAKi) discontinuation is important for patient management. Within 16 weeks of switching to dupilumab, 93.33% of patients showed clinical improvement, with no adverse events reported compared to 46.67% with JAKi. This study suggests dupilumab as a feasible option post-JAKi for AD, although disease fluctuations are possible, indicating the need for further research. Dupilumab may effectively manage moderate-to-severe AD after JAKi discontinuation, though patient monitoring for disease fluctuations is important.
