KRAS inhibitors may revolutionize immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer.

KRAS inhibitors may transform the treatment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy, which is currently ineffective in this setting.
