Adagrasib Shows Tumor-Agnostic Activity in Rare KRAS G12C Solid Tumors

KRASG12C mutations are rare in solid tumors beyond non-small-cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer, necessitating effective treatments in this population. Adagrasib showed a 35.1% objective response rate in KRASG12C-mutated solid tumors, with a median progression-free survival of 7.4 months. Adagrasib offers a potential new therapy option for patients with rare KRASG12C mutations in advanced solid tumors, demonstrating efficacy and tolerability in a pretreated population. Adagrasib is well tolerated and effective in KRASG12C-mutated solid tumors beyond common cancers.
